People marked as 'South Asians' in Finland

„In Finland, there are only a few individual scholars, doctors and technicians who are Hindus.” (Baumann 1998, 117) A look at the statistics seems to confirm this for people marked as 'South Asians' in general. The absolute numbers of 'South Asian' citizens in Finland are small, those of asylum seekers are negligible.
